Senior Corporate Risk Adviser - Woodside
 
Business Environment
The position operates within the Corporate Risk team of the Risk and Insurance group within Tax
and Treasury.  The team's role is to provide a framework that enables the effective recognition
and management of Woodside's material business risks.  The team aims to achieve this by
enthusiastically advocating Woodside's risk management process, by delivering commercially
astute advice and guidance on requirements, and through collaborative teamwork within the
Risk function and across the organisation.

Operating within this environment this position provides senior level risk support across the business to deliver effective management of Woodside's risks and to strengthen Woodside's risk capability 

Purpose of the Position 
 

Support the ongoing improvement of Woodside's capability to manage risk through the successful enablement of Woodside's risk management process across its business units and functions, and through the provision of corporate risk reporting to the Audit & Risk Committee on the effectiveness of management's recognition and management of Woodside's material business risks.

Ideally you will have a number of year's professional experience as a senior adviser in
business risk related roles. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant business discipline are essential. 
You will be dynamic and positive with the ability to build collaborative and influential relationships
with key stakeholders. Your commercial astuteness and broad knowledge of risk management standards and corporate risk procedures and guidelines will see you well placed.

Assurance and Risk Officer

ActewAGL is seeking an Assurance and Risk Officer to support its internal audit and risk management functions. Your prior experience and strong interpersonal skills will help raise the profile of internal audit and risk management across our large and successful utilities organisation. You will use your initiative and communication skills to liaise with internal clients and respond to the needs of key stakeholders.

Experience in internal audit and/or risk management is essential. Relevant tertiary qualifications are desirable.
