Award judging criteria: The award for the individual who is delivering excellence in the management of risk for the organisation. The RMIA Risk Manager of the Year 2008 (RMOY 2008) wil be awarded to the practitioner judged to have excelled in the management of risk against the following criteria -

Strategic and systems thinking
Communicating and influencing
Stakeholder focus
Application of professional risk management knowledge
Ethical practice
