The Fundamentals of Risk Controls - Design, Implement & Evaluate Controls one-day workshop has been designed for members of all organisations who require an overview of how controls help to identify and manage risk. The aim of the workshop is to provide participants with fundamental and essential information to be successfully able to identify, assess and improve controls in organisations.This workshop is designed to follow the Fundamentals of Managing Risk two-day workshop. It is also appropriate for people with a basic understanding of risk within their organisation and who may be looking to focus on Controls as a risk treatment.

The aim of the two day workshop is to provide participants with the underpinning knowledge for the successful management of risk. The format has been designed to provide practical application of the theory components in the workplace or by simulation.
