NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the Annual General Meeting of the Risk Management Institute of Australasia to be held on Monday 30 May 2022 at 12:30pm AEST with the meeting to be held as a virtual event via Zoom.
Ordinary Business
RISK MANAGEMENT INSTITUTE OF AUSTRALASIA
1. Receipt of Annual Report
To receive and consider the Report of the Directors and the Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2021 and the report by the auditor.
2. Election of Directors
To declare and confirm the election of Stephen Higginson as RMIA Director in accordance with the RMIA Constitution.
3. Election of Directors
To declare and confirm the election of Belinda Olejniczak as RMIA Director in accordance with the RMIA Constitution.
4. Election of Directors
To declare and confirm the election of Natasha Foster as RMIA Director in accordance with the RMIA Constitution.
5. Election of Directors
To declare and confirm the election of Adity Roy-Chowdhury as RMIA Director in accordance with the RMIA Constitution.
6. Ordinary Resolution
To consider Graham Caddies be awarded Honorary Membership of the Risk Management Institute Australasia (RMIA).

Date & Time: Monday, 30 May 2022 commencing at 12:30pm AEST UTC +10:00
Proxies will open on Monday, 9 May 2022 and close at 5:00pm AEST on Monday, 23 May 2022.
Early Voting will open on Monday, 9 May 2022 and close at 5:00pm AEST on Tuesday, 24 May 2022.
