Andrew Holt, Chief Risk Officer, Transport Accident Commission (TAC)
Andrew joined the TAC in January 2018 and was appointed as the Chief Risk Officer in March 2019.
He has over 20 years of risk management, internal audit and strategic leadership experience from the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. He has held domestic and international management positions in the financial services, higher education and retail industries. Andrew promotes a strong balance of risk consideration with strategy development and execution to ensure confidence in the delivery of road safety initiatives and positive outcomes for TAC clients. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Business (Finance) from Monash University, is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is a member of the Risk Management Institute of Australia.

Nathan Fradley, Director, Ethos Australia 
Nathan Fradley is the Founder and a Director of Lime Financial Planning and Ethos ESG, Chair of the XY Ethics Committee, a Certified Ethical Investment Adviser and is the 2020 Affinia Financial Adviser of the year. 
He believes investors will be the driving force in better sustainability, social progress and environmental protection, with great companies at the forefront of this change. 
He also has a podcast where he dives into what great companies are doing in ESG and sustainability called Good For The Bee

Tommy Susen, Head of Risk, SportsBet 
Tommy has predominantly worked in financial services for the past 15 years, having recently taken a role into a new industry with Sportsbet.  Before getting into Risk roles, his career in financial services included roles that was across back and middle offices.  During the GFC and working in London, he stepped into Risk and Compliance as an Assistant Vice President of Counterparty Credit Risk Analytics.  Since coming to Australia eight years ago, his has had Risk and Compliance accountabilities working with Rabobank, CBA, Medibank and ANZ.  Now at Sportsbet, he is the Head of Risk and Compliance where there is a focus on Risk and Compliance being an enabler for their social license to customers through Responsible Gambling.

Dan Atkin, Group Risk and Compliance Manager - Integral Diagnostics
Daniel is the RMIA Victorian Chapter President and the Group Risk and Compliance Manager at Integral Diagnostics. Daniel has worked in a variety of risk roles during his career including at Federal and State Government organizations, within a regulator, as a consultant and as the Risk Leader within private and public sector organisations. Daniel’s broad Governance, Risk and Compliance experience includes leading the risk, internal audit, insurance, strategy, health and safety, compliance and privacy functions of the organisations he works in.

Bree McLennan, Senior Risk Partner at Transport Accident Commission
Bree is a passionate, self-confessed risk management, data science and healthy living nerd.
She has more than 15 years’ experience working in a variety of technical roles across the IT and BI industries with 10 years working for the Transport Accident Commission. A keen learner, Bree holds a variety of industry and tertiary qualifications in vocational training, change management, athletic performance coaching, Risk Management & Business Continuity, IT and Artificial Intelligence. Bree's journey as a risk nerd began in 2014 when she put her hand up to become a TAC business risk champion, she's been striving to 'make risk cool' ever since! Bree is a member of the Risk Management Institute of Australasia and Victorian Chapter Committee.

Shane Stankowski, Regional Director Risk & WHS AusPac at Arcadis
Shane Stankowski is an accomplished risk, project and safety leader with a passion for supporting organisations to achieve their operational and strategic goals. Currently the Risk & WHS Director a large global engineering consultancy, Shane is focused on exploring how supporting functions such as risk can be leveraged as an enabler of organisation success. Often bemused at how supporting functions can ultimately hamper and restrict an organisation’s project and operational processes, Shane challenges convention in looking to create an environment where supporting functions can be a point of differentiation and competitive advantage. Holding Masters’ degrees in Business and Project Management and RMIA’s CPRM certification, Shane has extensive experience across a diverse range of industries including construction, engineering, energy, logistics and health and will lead a session exploring how an organisation’s risk function can be repositioned to deliver value and competitive advantage.
