VIC Chapter Risk Cuppa on Risk Reporting - a community discussion on best practices and examples
VIC Chapter Risk Cuppa on Risk Reporting - a community discussion on best practices and examples
Risk reporting is the means for communicating the value that risk functions bring to organisations. When done well, it allows and promotes active risk management as organisations can identify and escalate emerging risks and issues, either as these arise or before they are realized to take a proactive approach to managing risks.
Risk reporting is an essential activity in enterprise risk management and plays a pivotal role in the success of organisations.
In this Risk Cuppa event, we invite you the audience to join in the discussion on risk reporting. We’ll talk about best practices, share some examples, talk about challenges and overcoming these as well as technical elements such as software, data and processes.
We look forward to you joining us in the conversation!
