VIC Chapter - Service Innovation Masterclass
The Victorian Chapter are excited to invite RMIA members to a masterclass in international service innovation expert Professor Xavier Pavie.
Xavier Pavie is Professor at ESSEC Business School, Academic Director Grande Ecole Asia Pacific, Director of the iMagination Center and Research Associate at the IREPH (Research Institute in Philosophy) Université Paris Ouest. Xavier Pavie is among LinkedIn Top Voices worldwide Education (n°5) in 2017.
Xavier Pavie is the Academic Director of several programs in executive education including the Certificate for Management of Service Innovation and Sustainability (MSIS) which he developed in 2008 aiming at training managers to address the issues of innovation in a service economy. He is recognised as one of LinkedIn’s Top Voices in Education. His teachings around innovation, services and marketing concern various sectors including health, energy, banking and insurance, telecommunications, aeronautics, media and agribusiness.
His research activities have, since 2008, addressed the notion of responsible innovation. In 2011, he was in charge of defining responsible innovation with the support of an international network of universities as part of a project sponsored by the European Commission. He has published numerous books and articles in management and philosophy, both academic and for a wider reading audience. He is the author of a thesis on the reception of spiritual exercises in contemporary philosophy and continues to regularly publish on that topic.
