In recognition of International Women’s Day, the RMIA South Australia Chapter has brought its popular Women in Risk event forward to March this year proudly sponsored by PwC. As always, everyone is welcome (don’t be shy, guys).

This year we are focusing on the topic of ethical conduct risk and how risk management can support their organisations in understanding and managing this risk exposure.

Robyn Clay - Head of Wealth Risk & Compliance at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank

Robyn has over 18 years’ experience across both the legal and banking professions.  Robyn has spent the last 5 years leading Bendigo and Adelaide Bank’s Wealth Risk and Compliance division focusing on superannuation, managed funds, margin lending, financial planning and corporate trusts.  Prior to her most recent senior leadership role, Robyn held positions within the Bank in asset management, government relations, credit and legal.

Robyn has a Masters of Business Administration, Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Arts and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice

Alicia Genet - Head of Risk and Audit at Santos Limited

Alicia is the Head of Risk, Audit and Sustainability at Santos Limited and has been charged with leading a robust and contemporary approach to risk management and audit for the Santos group since 2015. With a background in corporate law and 15 years of experience working in private sector legal, strategic and external engagement roles, Alicia’s experience provides a strong foundation for her insights into effective risk management, practical governance and attainable sustainability. Someone who champions the importance of authenticity and inclusiveness in business, Alicia is focused on ensuring that risk and audit have a clear and insightful value proposition. A graduate of the AICD Company Directors Course and the Governor’s Leadership Foundation Program, Alicia is also a Director on the Board of RIMS Australasia (the International Risk Management Society), a member of the Audit and Risk Committee of the Leaders Institute of SA Inc. and Director and Secretary of Lolly Jar Circus Inc.

Di Kelly - General Manager Experience at ECH

Di is the General Manager Experience at ECH. She is focused on ensuring ECH deliver exceptional customer service and providing engaging and relevant communication that enables clients and their families to make informed decisions and access services to remain living confidently and independently at home for life.

Di has a Graduate Diploma in Marketing.
