The Gold Coast, Australia is set to host the Australian and New Zealand Disaster and Emergency Conference on 3 – 5 May 2015, providing an educational experience for professionals of the disaster and emergency sector.
With the ever-increasing nature of large-scale disasters and emergencies impacting our communities and a renewed focus on catastrophic planning, the Australian and New Zealand Disaster Management Conference has become the most significant calendar event for the disaster and emergency community.
The conference, now in its fourth year provides the opportunity to share innovative practice, understand emerging research themes and discuss challenges with a view to improving the planning, responses and recovery from emergencies and disasters.
