The Australian Government recently amended two major pieces of industrial relations legislation which represent the most significant changes to the workplace relations in over 10 years – changes which affect your business.
The Fair Work Amendment (Secure Jobs, Better Pay) Act 2022 and the Anti-Discrimination and Human Rights Legislation Amendment (Respect at Work) Act 2022 mean new requirements on prohibiting pay secrecy, prohibiting sexual harassment at work, changes to flexible working arrangements, fixed-term contracts, supported bargaining, and more.
