About the Opportunity

This role sits in the Risk and Compliance Team. They are a tight-knit team and use all team members’ areas of expertise to challenge the business to bring about innovative, expedient commercially astute risk and compliance outcomes. They're a fun team who work hard, support, care and help each other to grow and are experts at flexible working arrangements in all forms.

The team is responsible for ensuring compliance and achieving strategic objectives through collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders, including internal and external partners.

This role comprises specialist risk and compliance elements with a particular focus on the regulatory environment, providing insight, oversight, and challenge of current business practices whilst ensuring a continuing focus on member-centric solutions.
