The purpose of the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) is to implement the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) which will support a better life for hundreds of thousands of Australians with a significant and permanent disability. The NDIA will also greatly benefit families and carers of Australians living with a disability.
These roles will support the Branch Manager to assist the National Disability Insurance Agency
(NDIA or the Agency) and its community partners to deliver a high performance, high integrity, trusted National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). In the roles, you will work collaboratively with others to achieve the Agency’s objectives, and to develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
EL 2 Director, Scheme Integrity – Strategy and Prevention
Be part of the team to capture opportunities and to prevent, detect and respond to threats in delivering the NDIS. Focus on the provision of strategic oversight of the Agency’s scheme integrity strategy and prevention frameworks.
EL 2 Director, Enterprise Risk Management
Lead a high-performing team supporting the Agency and its partners to capture opportunities and to prevent, detect and respond to threats in delivering the NDIS. Ensures the Agency is prepared for risk and can confidently anticipate and manage opportunities and threats as they arise.
EL 2 Director, Scheme Integrity – Detection and Response
Work on developing, implementing and communicating the scheme integrity program with a focus on the provision of strategic oversight of the Agency’s fraud and sharp practice detection and response frameworks.
EL 2 Director, Business Resilience
Provide strategic and operational support, guidance and training in the implementation and maintenance of NDIA’s business resilience framework. Facilitate periodic testing of the adequacy of the Agency’s business resilience plans through formal exercises.
EL 2 Director, Audit and Assurance
Oversee the monitoring of the internal control environment of a $22B social insurance scheme.
Lead the monitoring of compliance and critical controls to help minimise potential exposure in delivering a once in a generation economic and social reform which has been agreed to by all governments and will benefit all Australians.
