The Contracts, Procurement & Risk Management Department is seeking a motivated and driven leader with a values-based approach to join its leadership group.
This newly created role Coordinator Compliance, Integrity & Insurance will lead a business unit to develop, deliver and enhance services that will support the organisation to operate in a compliant, ethical and effective manner.
Your leadership, drive and technical expertise will oversee the successful delivery and enhancement of insurance, fraud and corruption control, infringements review functions; and the development of council’s new organisational compliance management system. Reporting to the Manager Contracts, Procurement & Risk Management, you will be responsible for fostering a work environment and culture where staff are committed to integrity, transparency, professionalism and effectiveness.
Relevant tertiary qualifications coupled with strong expertise and experience in organisational compliance management is essential. Good exposure to insurance, or fraud and corruption control arrangements is highly desirable. Your strong organisational and interpersonal skills and can-do attitude are essential for your success.
