MANAGER RISK & RESILIENCE

Wannon Water is Victoria’s second largest regional urban water corporation by service area and supplies water and sewerage services to a permanent population of more than 82,000 people, including residential, commercial, industrial and rural customers. A major employer in south-west Victoria, Wannon Water has a team of 200 operational, engineering, financial, environmental and administrative employees.

A unique opportunity exists for a dynamic, capable and experienced individual for the role of Manager Risk & Resilience.  The primary objective of this role is to provide leadership and support for the management and continuous improvement of Wannon Water’s:
• Risk Management System,
• Integrated Management System (Quality, Environmental, Safety and Drinking Water Quality),
• Emergency Management System,
• Corporate Strategic Planning and
• Innovation and Research Programs;

Applicants will need to demonstrate and possess the following attributes:
 Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
 Experienced, capable and effective people manager.
 Excellent interpersonal skills.
 A tertiary qualification in Risk Management or a related field.
 Relevant experience in the key areas set out in the position description.

This position is located in Warrnambool and offers a salary in the range of $91,149.85 to $103,845.37 plus 9.5% superannuation.  Flexibility in working hours to meet family commitments can be considered for the right applicant.
