In collaboration with PukaUp and the University of Melbourne’s Centre for Wellbeing Science, this fully online, self‑paced course empowers risk professionals to proactively support mental health within their teams. Combining storytelling and science-driven techniques, participants learn to transform wellbeing awareness into sustained workplace practice. Healthy employees mean fewer sick days, increased productivity, and stronger retention—and the skills developed through this program enable long-term positive change in organisational cultures

Format: Fully online & self-paced: The course unfolds over 10 interactive modules, each approximately 50–60 minutes in duration. Content includes written text, graphics, videos, animations, guided reflections, periodic wellbeing assessments, knowledge checks, and learning checkpoints to support both understanding and personal application

Foundations of Wellbeing is a 20-week, 10-module program created by PukaUp and the University of Melbourne’s Centre for Wellbeing Science.
Designed for workplaces, leaders, and employees, the program equips participants with evidence-based skills to strengthen personal wellbeing, reduce psychosocial risk, and build safer, more supportive environments.
PukaUp brings expertise in advocacy and storytelling, while the University contributes world-leading research in wellbeing science and positive psychology. Together, we deliver practical, science-based tools professionals can apply immediately to improve resilience, performance, and organisational health.
