Senior Manager Risk – Enterprise, Business Continuity, Fraud & Governance

The role will be responsible for maintaining and uplifting the organisation’s enterprise risk framework, ensuring it aligns with business strategy and clearly articulates risk appetite while providing meaningful insights to senior leadership and the Board. Working closely with senior leaders, the successful candidate will strengthen strategic and operational risk management, oversee business continuity and resilience frameworks, enhance fraud risk management and controls, and embed consistent governance practices. The position also plays a key role in fostering a strong risk culture across the organisation—building capability, driving accountability, and ensuring risk practices remain practical, commercially focused, and responsive to a changing business environment.
Independent Chair and Independent Member – Audit & Risk Committee

The AER is seeking to establish a Risk and Audit Committee (Committee) to provide independent oversight, advice, and assurance to the AER Members as the Accountable Authority (known as the AER Board) and senior management to assist the AER to meet their duties and obligations under the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 and the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Rule 2014.
