Senior Manager Risk – Enterprise, Business Continuity, Fraud & Governance

Your Impact

You’ll maintain and uplift Asahi’s enterprise risk management framework, ensuring alignment to strategy and clear articulation of risk appetite. You’ll oversee strategic and operational risk profiles, drive business continuity planning, and strengthen fraud risk management, delivering meaningful insights to senior leaders and the Board.

You’ll also champion risk culture across the organisation, building capability and embedding consistent, practical risk practices.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Risk & Internal Audit, this role partners with senior leaders to strengthen risk activities business continuity, fraud risk management and governance across our ANZ business.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll connect risk strategy to real business outcomes, influencing decisions, shaping culture and ensuring our risk program keeps pace with change.

Enterprise Risk Leadership

  • Drive and evolve Asahi’s enterprise risk framework

  • Refresh strategic and operational risk profiles

  • Embed risk practices aligned to business strategy and growth

 Risk Appetite & Governance

  • Shape and embed risk appetite statements and KRIs

  • Influence senior leaders on risk-informed decision-making

  • Deliver clear, actionable reporting to Executive and Board

 Business Continuity & Resilience

  • Lead the BCM framework and uplift organisational resilience

  • Partner with the business to maintain BIAs and business continuity risk profiles

  • Drive scenario testing and readiness across the business

 Fraud Risk & Controls

  • Strengthen fraud risk management and control effectiveness

  • Oversee assessments, remediation and monitoring uplift

 Risk Culture & Capability

  • Track mitigation progress and drive accountability

  • Build risk awareness through training and engagement

  • Champion a proactive, commercially minded risk culture

 

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, risk management, finance or a related field

  • Professional certifications in risk management preferred but not essential

  • 8-10 years of risk management experience (FMCG preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of ERM frameworks, BCM and governance

  • Experience shaping risk appetite and influencing senior leaders

  • Proficient in using risk management systems (AuditBoard or similar)

  • Strategic thinker with strong judgement and resilience

  • Collaborative leader who builds trust and accountability
