The ability to influence individuals, teams, customers, and stakeholders is a critical aspect of a risk manager's role, fostering agreement and alignment with key perspectives and proposals. Facilitator

Lisa Harrison is a versatile and experienced Learning and Development Consultant with over 19 years in L&D. She specialises in creating sustainable behaviour change in communication, leadership, and management. Lisa partners effectively with diverse clients to design and deliver impactful, learner-centred solutions using blended, face-to-face, and digital methods. Her approach is experiential, client-focused, and grounded in adult learning principles and motivational psychology. Lisa holds a Master of Education (Adult Ed) and multiple Cert IV qualifications, and is accredited in DiSC, EQi, and organisational coaching. She has also trained and assessed in Training and Assessment, Frontline Management, and Business.
