About the Role
ASC is Australia’s submarine company. We built the Royal Australian Navy’s Collins Class submarines, sustain them, and are now delivering their Life of Type Extension to increase the boats’ service lives. We have also been selected by the Australian Government to sustain and jointly build the nation’s nuclear-powered submarines - the largest and most complex industrial undertaking in Australia’s history.

About the opportunity
Our Corporate Graduate Program is a unique and exciting early careers pathway dedicated to providing meaningful work, growth and security, while contributing directly to Australia’s national security. Our graduates will receive tailored mentoring and support whilst gaining exposure through rotations across a range of departments prior to settling in a specific area at the end of the Program.
We are now recruiting Graduates with an interest in Risk Management, who have recently completed a degree in Business, Business Management, Statistics or Data Analytics to commence in July 2026. This program offers outstanding individuals the opportunity to;

Assist the development and delivery of effective risk management frameworks, training, and processes that support the company’s long‑term success
Gain exposure and develop capabilities in enterprise risk management, business continuity and crisis management, and compliance management
Gain a central insight to ASC operations and learn how we engage with our Board and Executive Committee

Eligibility
This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
Whilst ASC will accept all applications for this role, as this role requires an ability to access protected US defence technology, applicants holding nationality of certain foreign countries will not be eligible.
