About the Role: This role leads RACGP’s resilience framework (including business continuity and crisis management) and supports enhancing our risk culture. Reporting to the Senior Manager Risk & Compliance, it partners with all business units and key internal and external stakeholders to create and protect value via risk management, continuity planning and effective incident response.

As our Risk & Resilience Lead, you'll:

  • Lead the development, testing and ongoing improvement of RACGP’s Business Continuity, Crisis Management and Resilience frameworks, including BCPs and BIAs.

  • Coordinate incident response activities, post‑incident reviews and manage relationships with external crisis and continuity partners.

  • Support and challenge business unit risk assessments, monitor KRIs and support the maintenance of the organisation’s ISO‑aligned Risk Management Framework.

  • Deliver training, guidance and workshops to strengthen risk culture and uplift resilience capability across all business units.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in continuity and crisis planning

  • Proven experience in risk leadership / management

  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Ability to translate complex risk data into insights

  • Expertise in ISO‑aligned risk and resilience frameworks.
