About the Event
Risk registers have long been a cornerstone of risk management, but today’s fast-changing and increasingly complex environment demands more. Risk leaders are expected to connect information across the organisation, identify emerging risks and provide leadership with clearer, more timely insights to support decision-making.
Join RMIA and Riskonnect for a practical discussion on what it takes to move beyond static, backward-looking risk registers towards a more connected and dynamic approach to risk intelligence.
The session will explore:
Where the key gaps in risk maturity are emerging
How organisations can move from documenting risks to generating meaningful, decision-useful insights
The role AI is beginning to play in risk management, and how to separate genuine opportunity from the hype
How risk leaders can provide boards and executives with a clearer, more current view of risk
Why a polished board report does not necessarily mean the board is well informed
