Dr Carl A. Gibson
Executive Director Risk, Resilience, and Transformation | Executive Impact
Dr Carl Gibson is Director of Executive Impact and a recognised expert in strategy, governance, risk, resilience, and complex decision-making. His diverse career has spanned the military, policing, science, biosecurity, government, aviation, and higher education. Carl has authored more than 130 publications, contributed to numerous international standards, and serves as a volunteer firefighter and incident controller with the Country Fire Authority.

A former teacher and lifelong learner, he is recognised for translating complex challenges into practical strategies that support decision-making, organisational improvement and resilience. Andres regularly provides strategic advice to government executives and CEOs and briefs public sector boards and audit and risk management committees.
