About the Role
International SOS is seeking a Director of Insurance Partnerships, ANZ to lead its insurance and broker partnership strategy across Australia and New Zealand.
This senior commercial role is responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening strategic partnerships, and expanding the distribution of International SOS' Workforce Resilience solutions through key insurance and broker channels across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the ANZ insurance partnership strategy to drive growth, including supporting the successful regional delivery of global partnership initiatives.
Build and maintain senior relationships with insurers, brokers, and strategic partners.
Negotiate commercial agreements and long-term strategic alliances.
Identify and launch new distribution channels and partnership opportunities that generate incremental revenue.
Collaborate with marketing teams to provide partners with effective tools, training, and resources.
About You
International SOS is looking for a commercially minded professional with:
8+ years' experience in insurance partnerships, strategic alliances, or senior commercial roles, with direct responsibility for insurer and broker relationships.
Strong knowledge of the Australian and New Zealand health, travel, and benefits insurance landscape, along with an established network of insurer and broker contacts within the Accident & Health and Expat Benefits market.
Demonstrated success in developing partnership strategies, building commercial pipelines, and securing high-value opportunities.
Strong commercial acumen, including an understanding of insurance economics, distribution models, and channel strategy.
Excellent communication, influencing, negotiation, and presentation skills at an executive level.
Strong strategic planning, project management, and organisational capabilities.
A relevant tertiary qualification, full Australian work rights, CRM experience, and willingness to travel domestically as required.
