About Event
As organisations move to integrate artificial intelligence into their operations, the focus often falls on tools, capability and investment. Yet in practice, culture shapes whether AI strengthens decision-making or quietly diminishes human judgment.
Risk professionals are often among the first to see these dynamics emerge and are well placed to influence how AI is engaged with across the organisation. This requires more than technical understanding. It calls for an appreciation of the cultural conditions that shape how people relate to AI, insight and uncertainty.
For organisations seeking to realise the potential of AI without weakening critical thinking, this creates both a challenge and an opportunity.
In this virtual workshop, Adaptive Cultures will explore how culture influences the way AI is interpreted, trusted and used. We will introduce a practical lens on augmented insight, and the conditions that enable organisations to expand human awareness, judgement and adaptability in the age of AI.
Topics Include:
The evolving relationship between people, organisations and artificial intelligence
Why culture plays a critical role in how AI is interpreted, trusted and used
How AI can both enhance and diminish human awareness, judgement and decision-making
The organisational conditions that support curiosity, experimentation and responsible AI adoption
How leaders and teams can build the capacity to work effectively with uncertainty and emerging technology
Practical ways to strengthen human insight and adaptability in the age of AI
