About the Event

Melbourne’s stop on the 2025 RMIA Risk Leader Tour promises to be a standout – with a new, more informal format that puts people, stories, and shared experience at the centre.

Kicking off with drinks and canapés, you’ll then hear from Peter Taylor, RMIA’s 2025 Risk Leader of the Year, in a fireside chat with Ella Withers, our 2025 NextGen Risk Professional of the Year. Hosted by RMIA CEO Simon Levy, this is a conversation about careers, risk culture, leadership, and the moments that shaped them – not a lecture, but a dialogue.

You’ll also have the opportunity to ask your own questions and contribute to the discussion, before sitting down to a delicious main meal and more networking over a drink.

Whether you’re building your career, mentoring others, or just curious about where the future of risk is heading, this event offers something for everyone. It’s relaxed, engaging, and packed with ideas you can take straight back to your own workplace.
