Oliver Webb
Senior Risk Management and Resilience Specialist,

Ollie is a dedicated change agent with a strong focus on advancing risk management and resilience practices that both protect and enhance organisational value. With a proven record of driving enterprise-wide improvements, Ollie has successfully led initiatives that elevate risk and resilience maturity, enabling organisations to achieve strategic goals, deliver outcomes, and recover effectively and bounce forward from crises and disruptions. His career spans government (State and LGA), not-for-profit, consulting, and professional services, including wealth management and finance.
As a certified Business Continuity Management (BCM) practitioner, Ollie has overseen significant organisational capability uplifts, including the redesign and alignment of BCM and Crisis Management frameworks with ISO standards and the BCI Good Practice Guidelines. His consulting experience includes reviewing and enhancing BCM frameworks across local government, ports, and health services, supported by enhancing frameworks and practice, facilitating exercises, and delivering actionable recommendations.
Ollie was a shortlisted nominee for the Risk Management Institute of Australasia’s 2025 Risk Manager of the Year and was runner-up in 2019.
Todd Richards

Triple Zero Victoria
Todd is a Senior Business Continuity & Resilience Specialist at Triple Zero Victoria, where he leads the organisation’s Business Continuity Uplift Project and strengthens crisis and emergency management frameworks. With extensive experience supporting policing, emergency services, and critical infrastructure operations, Todd is focused on ensuring frontline services remain resilient and operational during disruptive events.
Todd has led the implementation of the Protecht GRC platform, embedding risk, compliance, and business continuity capabilities across the enterprise, and works closely with executive teams and governance committees to provide strategic oversight.
A Member of the Business Continuity Institute (MBCI) and the Risk Management Institute of Australia (RMIA), Todd is also undertaking legal studies to deepen his expertise in governance and compliance. He brings a pragmatic, forward-looking perspective to risk management, combining strategic governance with practical experience in high-risk environments.
Sue Clifford

Mining and Automotive Skills Alliance (AUSMASA)
Throughout her career, Sue has worked closely with a wide range of organisations - across government, sport, justice and community sectors – helping them build inclusive cultures and strengthen resilience during times of change. Beginning with Victoria Police her work focused on driving reforms within the criminal justice system to improve responses to sexual assault, family violence, and child abuse, later leading the AFL’s Respect and Responsibility Program leading the initiatives aimed at fostering cultural transformation through education and compliance across the AFL. Returning to Victoria Police as a Commander, Sue spearheaded efforts to support frontline police to better engage with community. In addition to these roles, Sue was appointed as the inaugural CEO of Family Safety Victoria, where she was responsible for establishing a world’s first Government agency dedicated to addressing the drivers of family violence. Additionally, Sue has held several executive positions within the Department of Justice and Community Safety, including as the Deputy State Controller/Deputy Secretary, High Risk Industry’s, where she played a key role in responding to the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic and the CEO/Deputy Secretary Emergency Management Victoria.
Since leaving Government, Sue established her own successful boutique consultancy focused on supporting leaders and now works as the Head of People and Culture at the Mining and Automotive Skills Alliance (AUSMASA), a Jobs and Skills Council.
Benjamin Wash

Benjamin Wash is the current CEO of the Master Locksmiths Association of Australasia—the peak body for the locksmithing industry. Before moving into the not-for-profit sector, Benjamin spent 12 years working across local, state, and federal government as a finance and policy professional. He’s a qualified CPA with post-graduate studies in governance and public affairs, as well as business. With nearly two decades of executive experience as a CFO, COO, CEO, and board director and consultant, Benjamin brings deep strategic leadership and operational expertise. He’s particularly experienced in managing risk and guiding organisations through complex and uncertain political and regulatory environments—including leading the Queensland taxi industry through the disruptive introduction of ride-sharing.
Mark Burke

Mark joined Melba Support Services Ltd as the Chief Financial Officer in late 2023. In his CFO and governance roles he is responsible for developing and leading strategic direction, execution of viable business solutions, innovation, risk management and efficient business operations.
Mark has over 30 years of experience working in a myriad of business roles across a broad spectrum of industries. His industry experience includes Banking & Finance, Insurance, Automotive, Hospitality, Tourism, Retail, Water Utility & Construction, Crime Prevention, Early Education and Health. His experience has been gained across the private and public sectors and more recently the not-for-profit sector.
Mark's recent Board experience includes a directorship at Gowrie Victoria, where he served as the Finance, Audit & Risk Committee Chair for two years before becoming Board Chair in 2024. He also served as a Director of Crime Stoppers Victoria for three terms, holding the role of Audit, Finance & Risk Committee Chair for six years and Board Chair for his final two years.
